Facing the Facets

When I look into your eyes,
I think I think I see,
through the characters
we're playing,
me looking back at me.

Facets of existence,
face-ing one another.
You're my father,
You're my mother,
You're my sister,
You're my brother,
Enemy friend lover
- any other.

Concurrent sentences,
consecutively serving.
Sentient cell mates,
thrilling and unnerving.

Separate'd delusions,
look in look out.
Reasoning solutions,
no faith no doubt.

As I do unto you,
I do unto myself.
Peaceful, flying together,
or piecemeal in hell.

There's no alone
at one with all,
big and small.
Connection all around,
Water sky and ground.

Melt into the universe;
Come out of your shell-hell.
He, she, he-she, she-he,
Love is e-z peasy,
being me being you
being me-zy.

When you look into my eyes,
I hope you see the same.
Love me as you love yourself,
...being moth,
...being flame.
